I am Grace Duras, a proud mother, grandmother, and longtime member of the Little Neck community. Originally from Jackson Heights and Astoria, I have owned a home in Little Neck for over 45 years, where I raised my family and became deeply connected with the neighborhood. I am a loving mother of two adult children—a son and a daughter—and a proud grandmother to two wonderful granddaughters who are currently in college. My late husband and I were partners in both life and work, having spent eight years together at Laffey Real Estate in Little Neck Office. While I am now widowed, I continue to carry forward the values and work ethic that we built together.

I have always believed in the importance of giving back to the community. Over the years, I have actively volunteered in various local initiatives and am a proud member of social organizations like the Istria Club and the Croatian Church in Astoria. My past experience in the airline industry, where I helped organize group vacations and cruises, also allowed me to connect with people on a personal and business level. These relationships continue to play a key role in my ability to serve others.

In my free time, I enjoy family, friends, gym, going out, volunteering, dancing, cooking, and traveling. Whether it's taking part in local cultural events or exploring new destinations, I love staying active and embracing new experiences. I find that my hobbies and passions not only enrich my personal life but also reflect the energy and creativity I bring into all areas of my work.
